Terms and Conditions for Loom Trace

You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
You agree to Stripe’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Loom Trace is not responsible for any payment processing issues, fees, or disputes that arise between you and Stripe or any other payment processor.
6. Billing and Payments

Loom Trace will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, strikes, or disruptions to the payment systems.
14. Amendments to Terms
Loom Trace reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas in the United States of America. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas under the rules of the arbitration body, and not in court.
